Why Al Mubashir

Why customers choose us for Civil Works

Structural work, not just patch repairs

We look at the cause of a crack or a settling issue, not just the visible symptom, before recommending a fix.

Coordinated with the trades that follow

Since we also handle waterproofing, MEP roughing-in and finishing, civil work is planned with those later stages in mind.

Experience with UAE ground conditions

Sandy, expansive and occasionally saline soils all behave differently under a foundation, our team accounts for that.

Built to your architect's drawings

If you already have approved drawings, we build to them, and coordinate the sequencing with your other consultants.

Built for UAE conditions

How the UAE climate shapes this work

Much of the UAE sits on sandy or expansive soils that need proper compaction and foundation depth, and some coastal pockets carry sabkha, salt-affected ground, that can corrode reinforcement steel if it isn't accounted for in the mix design and cover. Concrete curing in UAE summer heat also needs a proper watering or curing-compound schedule, since rapid moisture loss in high ambient temperatures weakens the final strength if it's rushed. The heavy rainfall the region has experienced in recent years also put a spotlight on site drainage and grading, work that looks fine in dry weather can fail badly the first time it actually rains hard.

How it works

A simple, transparent process

  1. 1

    Site visit and scope

We look at the property, the ground and what you're trying to achieve, wall, extension, repair or site prep.

  2. 2

    Drawings and quote

We work to your architect's drawings where they exist, and confirm scope, materials and cost before starting. Any required approvals remain with you or your consultant.

  3. 3

    Construction

Excavation, concrete, block work, whatever the scope calls for, sequenced properly with the trades that follow.

  4. 4

    Inspection and handover

We walk the finished work with you before considering the job complete.
