How the UAE climate shapes this work
Ambient summer temperatures push condensers, which are designed to reject heat outdoors, right to their limit, especially units mounted on a roof or balcony with no shade or clearance. Many older buildings still run systems on R22 refrigerant, which is being phased out and gets harder to source, while newer installs use R410A. Between the heat load and the running hours, UAE air conditioners simply work harder than the same unit would in a milder climate, which is why the servicing schedule matters as much as the installation.

How fast can someone come out in the middle of summer?

Is gas recharging included in a repair, or extra?
Refrigerant is charged separately from labour since the amount needed depends on the system and the leak. We confirm the cost before recharging.
Should I get central AC or stick with split units for a villa?
It depends on the villa's layout, how it's currently ducted, and your budget, we can assess the property and talk through the trade-offs on-site.
Do you work on chiller plant rooms, not just split units?
Yes, our technicians handle chiller systems and VRF/VRV setups for offices and buildings, not only residential split units.
